- Option 1:
Using the Parent Portal Account or District’s Mobile APP, parents will be able to declare their intent for each child. There will also be information about the “MySchoolOnline” program in three languages.
Only parents who have students linked to their accounts will be able to declare their intent via the Parent Portal or District’s Mobile APP. - Option 2:
Utilize the form attached and email it signed back to JackieTorres@dadeschools.net. or Utilize the from attached and drop it off at the school from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Option 3
Pick up a survey from the school and drop it off from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Keeping in mind social distancing and PPE requirements.

A traves del portal de padres o la aplicacion del distrito (District’s Mobile App) los padres podran declarer su deseo con respect al nino. Tambien podran encontrar informacion en “MySchoolonline” en tres idiomas. - Opcion 2:
Utilicen la planilla que se encuentra anesada y envienla a JackieTorres@dadeschools.net o utilicen la planilla y entreguenla en la escuela desede las 9 a.m. a 1 p.m. - Opcion 3:
Pueden recoger la encuesta en la escuela, llenarla y depositarla entre 9 a.m. y 1 p.m. Por favor, mantener la distancia social y todos los requerimientos de P.P.E.
